Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced start-up environment assisting our clients with their day-to-day technical needs. Position Requirements
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and onsite visits.
- Configuration of client's equipment to connect to our network and run all of their necessary financial software.
- Provide training to clients in the use of our Citrix services and VPN connectivity for remote access.
- Diagnose and correct issues in client computer systems.
- Perform light lifting 25lbs to 50lbs
- Some Travel to Westchester County / Southern CT ** New York applicants only **

- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of financial services.

Senior Engineer - San Francisco

If you are a driven, energetic and independent individual with strong technical skills, who can communicate effectively and manager others, has an attention to detail and an interest in technology in the financial services industry, we want to talk to you!
