Clienteer software platform available in Abacus private cloud to increase workflow and efficiency
New York, NY, February 24, 2014 — Abacus Group LLC, a leading provider of hosted IT solutions for hedge funds and private equity funds, and Imagineer Technology Group, which provides alternative asset managers a suite of technology tools that promote and facilitate efficient business processes, announced a strategic partnership to host Imagineer’s Clienteer software platform in the AbacusFLEX private cloud environment.
This partnership allows AbacusFLEX clients to seamlessly access the Clienteer CRM Platform, with the option to either be maintained internally or be hosted by Imagineer. Clienteer affords Fund managers the flexibility to centralize all of their contact, account and fund information along with Outlook integration. Clients can send out personalized and watermarked email distributions, K1’s, run fund and account performance analytics and compliance reports. Managers who are on-the-go can also easily access their firm’s entire history of notes, meetings, and emails via the AbacusFLEX private cloud platform, using Clienteer’s powerful search engine as well as via the Clienteer mobile platform.
Clienteer was developed specifically for hedge funds, private equity firms and other asset managers with functionality focused on the areas of investor relations, sales and marketing, operations, compliance, and the workflows related to these activities.
